Boy am I glad I chanced upon this particular band. They're so ridiculously talented, I'm jealous.
Anywho...my best interpretation of this song is in it's relation to the concept of death and rebirth (possibly reincarnation) touched upon throughout 'Advice'.
The singer shows doubt for the unknown of "what comes at the end," but hopes (or perhaps simply believes) that they'll be reunited again with their friends and lover after they've died.
This song is delightfully abstract, and I can appreciate the idea of a sort of eternal bond ("fall in love in our new skin") with someone obviously very dear to the singer.
