Ah well this is kinda an opening to Born To Lead, where they tell you to be the leader, not the follower. The person you hear is obviously a military leader. Then Hoobastank says that all need to be leaders as him, not to listen to the words he shouts in your face! Do your own will, not what others tell you to do!
