I don't think this song is about Bif sleeping with the same girl as her boyfriend. I think the song is about a relationship between a guy and a girl. When things go wrong between the two{i.e. "When he's feeling sad and lonely"), he runs to Bif and cheats on his girlfriend. Bif refers to his girlfriend as her "toy", meaning that she is just a pawn between Bif and the boy. Bif feels that with him coming to her, she pretty much controls their relationship. I'm thinking she's using the term "twitch" as a description to his actions when he realizes what he's done and pulls away to return home to his original girlfriend. But, he will be back again.
