To me I think it's about no strings attatched sex with a married man. "You don't remember my name, I don't really care" suggests to me that they are not in love, and in fact don't know each other that way. The pretty flowers in the dust are the kids from the man's marriage and Mary is the wife.
I have no idea what the last two lines mean though.
