Jarvis nails the vacuous truth of the e'd-up 'love' of the rave scene, that was hyped as a revolution. The start of the last verse Everybody asks your name They say we're all the same and it's "nice one, geezer" But that's as far as the conversation went is bang on observation that anyone who's ever been clubbing will recognise. The observation alone would be enough to pinpoint the superficial nature of it all, but Jarvis bangs it closed with the refusals from the same people as he tries to hitch a lift home the next morning. A revolution that in the end turned out not to mean anything.
