as for the meaning, im pretty sure it it tells itself. and yeah im sure ive heard stories like this in the news, supposedly righteous parents preaching (brainwashing) their kids to believe a bunch of crap, then when they relise that the child can think for him or herself they react in the most extreme and violent way, breaking half the rules of their own religion along the way.
