Jammin is a term used for smoking ganja together. in Rastafarian religion a "Reasoning" is when a group of people sit and smoke ganja and discuss ethics. Jah is God which is also refered to as "I and I" (most commonly written "I&I") which is in the song: "I and I will see you through. Mount Zion is a mountain in Jeruselem, and from what i've researched, much of the Rastafarian religion is close to that of the Jewish religion. I'm not sure which one, but on one of Bob Marley's album covers there is a large Star of David. There is also a city called Mount Zion in Jamaica. "Jah sitteth on Mount Zion, and rules all Creation" and lastly, he says "Jam's about my pride..." which indicates that he Jam's for his religion or pride.
