This song is amazing. I have tried holding the last note and almost suffocated. I dont think Stephin Merritt could hold that note either which is why he got Dudley Klute to sing the song on the album.
I especially like the lines,
"I know Professor Blumen makes you feel like a woman
but when the wind is in your hair you laugh like a little girl "
He's a bit self-depriciative though. I mean I'm sure he wasn't that ugly....
