I'm a huge Van Halen fan, and, judging by the number of posts, one of the only ones to see what a great song this is. There's so much more emotion to it than most of their songs- some days, I just sit back and listen to this song, and it just speaks to me. I completely feel the line "outta touch most the time- got too many things on my mind." Great guitar work, great vocals, and I love the changes in tempo. When it first picks up, and Sammy screams "Yeah! Feelin'!"... oh man, blows me away...
I agree with you. The song is great. The album was great(to me) with song like Don't tell me, Can't stop lovin' you, Not enough, Feelin and Big fat money :)
Some of the greatest Van Halen's lyrics and Eddie's riffs. Alex's drums are also great, i like his hi-hat work on Can't stop lovin' you. I wish they will come to Europe. I live in Bulgaria and i am HUGE fan of their music and i have never had na opportunity to see them on stage. I'm VH's fan for 24 years, now i'm 32 :)
