I had a friend who was killed when a driver who fell asleep hit him from behind while he was riding his bike. I relate well with this song. He was 15. I was a pallbearer at his funeral, me and another guy were the only ones who weren't family. I hadn't heard the song then as I was still only listening punk but when a friend sent me it over msn and it hit me hard. It hit even harder when I looked into the details of the song. I've been in about 7 car accidents and about a million close calls since his death and everytime I come out unhurt. Even though I'm an athiest I can't help to think of it. As well I can think of my father as well. He was killed in a car accident back in 98. Sometimes I like to think I have guardians on the road.
