I think it's basically about someone who spreads their opinion despite their blatant ignorance towards the subject. I'd pull some lyrics to point to Bush, but the dudes in the band have assured us that there is not a single political song on the entire new record.
To me, it points towards contrived anti-society, and how someone who pretends to be a rebel and tries to break the mould eventually becomes as bad as the culture they were originally trying to distance themselves from.
