Sounds like to me the boys had fun recording the the abum in New York and being there for a longer time than a tour stop, they were able to hang out and meet fans and stuff. Maybe they're trying to despel the "you go to NY you get shot" train of thought. Just a thought. I don't get what the cage is referencing though. I heard of NY being refered to as the big apple, but a cage? Maybe from a movie or something or that irony thing baller was speaking of.
