It happens to sound than Wayne Static's song have a great deal about changes- My guess is that he may have suffered through many dramatic changes in his life, and in this song that he's trying to force the changes out, but he can't and is turning into something less than human, a 'machine'.

This part does confuse me though, but I'd say it's Static saying "Get away, stop trying to change me, it will come down on both of us and I'll make you regret it."
That, or the lyrics are absolutely random but sound cool. =)
