to me, this song is about telling a girl that, she may not fit into the stereotypical standards of the world, but that she doesn't need to, and even though it's hard at the moment, she'll make it and prove to everyone that you don't have to meet the world's standards, you don't have to fit, that being different is a great thing and that it will actually just make her stand out all the more when she does finally make it in the world, it's really inspiring, i love it
