"Crazy Babies" is just a metaphor used to talk about rebellion when you're growing up as a teen. I think the "WALK THAT WALK, TALK THAT TALK" parts make that quite obvious, but here's a few more obvious lines that prove that point - "WHEN THEY WERE BORN THEY WERE BORN TO BE WILD"
