It seems like it's about the apocalypse, Wykydtron being the apocalypse. Looking at it at indirectly, Wykydtron could just be all the bad deeds that humans have created, and soon they just all add up, and God says "Alright, time to whipe out human kind, they've gone nuts". And then the apocalypse (Wykydtron) whipes us all out.
The chorus is ultimate headbanging material as well.
