Will She Just Fall Down

Frankly I’ve wanted to take her home for ages but you won’t let me. Give me a break, Pete. You have a full house, she’s quite busy and then there’s the business of the two unmatched gloves. That only means she can go on unstable walking light for a while or something to that effect. Something to that effect? Anyway I am holding her up. But she says she feels fine—right at home. Still—I doubt you can handle her crying.
She’s not the crier she used to be. Excuse me—don’t get any ideas, guys. In fact, shelf that subject, please. A change of scene? Can you work it out alone? So I’m told … But can you? No idea … Might you fall down? Might … But some essential part is missing that I just can’t replace and I don’t find this very fair at all! Life isn’t fair. You always say that, Al. For years on her birthday and for Christmas, I would buy her watches. What was up with that … what are we calling you? Nothing yet. I’ve been pretty quiet but I would stay up with her as long as she needs—always. Too bad that hearts alone are not enough. They are, sweetheart … as you’ll find out.
