To me its about tupacs own heartache and desperation and ultimate defiance of his enemies in the rap game but also the media who were potraying different to who he really was. To me he virtually aknowledges his true feeling for his enemies and its not one of violence. Listen to the live version cause the beat gives it a whole new feel to it and one in my opinion that works better
