Yeah, I kinda agree to you, Renegade. And this song, along with the rest of the album makes me think of Wayne as he is expressing how sick he is of certain things.
I'd say in this song it's not unlike as in "I Want To Fucking Break It", and he hates the effects people who want to see him fail have on him.
In the song "Just In Case", he says somebody makes him feel like a dog. So basically the "dogs" in this song are him, and he's curled up in a little ball and can't do anything about it- and his existance (skin and mind) are turning into "fucking dirt".
That's my interpretation of this song. I sure hope Wayne isn't as depressed of a guy as some of his songs seem to imply though. o.O;
