It's defiitley about dying, in my opinion, and kind of recapping his life very briefly. This can be seen in the 4th and 5th parts (not sure of the name with a song with this sort of structure) He admits that when he was younger he didn't really thinkg about death and wasted time hanging out with the wrong crowd instead of doing something worthwile.
