It's simply about the time when one of Simple Plan's members were experiencing a hangover! Duh. Really, take another look at the lyrics. :P
Look at this part for instance:

Now, what does that scream? "I've got wasted last night with a bunch of my buddies. And here I am; struck with the agony of a hangover." Or something along the lines of it.

Yep. It's a hangover.

And I can’t erase the things that I’ve done

That's what someone who was previously under the influence of alcohol would say after they realize their idiotic behavior during the event they have happened to be intoxicated in.
