I don't think it's a remix. I think Richard made it for (Further Down the Spiral) intentionally. It fits the album very well, doesn't it?
He remixed one part of another song on the album though.
On a side note, have this song play right after Derek Jarman's "The Side Effects of DHPG"... awesome.
