Amazinly enough, you surely can't find it hard to believe that yet another Scarling song could be about addiction, love, hurt/sadness, and an ever-changing mixmatch of the three. From what I gather, "H" is herion, "C" is cocaine, and it's about someone who recovered from their cocaine addiction by turning to heroin instead ("He's so H but over C")...& my guess is that the person in question would be Twiggy Ramirez, as it is in manymany other great songs of hers. He played a huge, important role in her life and has inspired a lot of her music, especially that of Scarling :)
