I'm not sure, zefineis, but I don't think so. The repeated titles of the remastered tracks (1995) are from the earlier New York session with Kit Lambert, and I think if they had planned for it to be on Lifehouse it would have been released on this reissue, unless they did record it and left it in a vault somewhere.

Townshend used an envelope follower to modulate the spectrum of his guitar on "Going Mobile", giving it a distinctive squawking sound that degenerates into a bubbling noise at the end of the song. I don't know what an envelope follower is but it sounds cool.

I agree with Dhruva on the interpretation, that once life on the road is experienced, it begs to be repeated because of lack of responsibility, the continuing movement, the constant new faces, it all sounds quite fun.
