firstly, SHTS is one of my favourite albums. its so original and gets better everytime you listen to it. they are amazing song writers. and you don't need catchy riffs to mature. if you want that you can go listen to a7x or somethin equally repetitive. but finch have matured a lot since the first album and have their own unique sound. shame theyve split up now.
i also heard finch hated some of their old WIITB material because it was so simple and they felt childish playing it.
