Seven sins of wantonness and
everything that's good is gone
after commiting "the seven deadly sins" the narrator notices that everything that he once had placed value in is gone.
possibly "everything thats good" is in reference to giving up on something you strongly believe in such as (but not nessicarily) religion/beliefs. also the "good" could be a reference to the opposite of a sin. for example he may have lost a girlfriend, friends or money to lust; health to gluttony, etc.
Sell it all for glory from the peers
this line seems to be about selling out. giving up your beliefs for the admiration of people around you.
Silicone priestess scratch the back and
twists the knife to bone
"silicone priestess" is likely a reference to a girl with implants/plastic surgery. scratch the back would be a reference to sleeping with someone, most likely sleeping with someone for their looks, and fake looks at that. "twists the knife to bone" would be a reference to the hurt that comes from sleeping with someone who doesnt really love you. again a repetition of the lust/selling out theme.
Kick against the pricks and scrape the shins
"pricks" may be slang for "assholes" or a reference to something that hurts physically. "kick against the pricks" would be to fight against something that either emotionally or physically hurts you, but "scrape the shins" suggests that it only hurts one more to fight it.

Kick against the pricks and scrape the shins
The correct lyric is 'kick against the -bricks- and scrape the shins', but otherwise I think your interpretation's spot-on.
