For a start the lyrics are wrong.

The chorus should say 'I'm used to Glenfield Rd and spending my time down in Ochy', meaning the Oakshaw area of Paisley, where PN is from.

Cracking song. It's about the transition from the relative quiet surroundings of Paisley, a large town of around 80,000 people, to London which has close to 12 million living in the city limits. And how he can't get to grips with how big a difference the two respective places pose to him. Paisley is what he is used to, London is what he must adapt to.
