It's about a person who is wounded by world and he doesn't even feel himself. He locked his problems deep inside so noone can see them. Because if they do, they will judge him. They will say he's crazy, so he, keeps it inside and fights with his problems by himself. He is keeping distance from the whole world and, breaking his heart (I think that part is about self-harming) because for him the only way to express psyhical (I don't know how to spell that, I'm from Croatia) pain is to harm himself, fisically. And the best part of this song (to me) is
