I also take the "Have I found your sweet spot" to be sarcasm. That is what makes me think about anger in the song. In the sense of, "How do you like me now, I bet that isn't what you expected"
Slipknot had this sort of song with Vermillion (Part 1 and 2) check it out, great song and will make you see this song in the way I do.
