First off, about the killersrule person, from what I understand The Killers and The Bravery don't get along. This could all be rumor, but that's what I heard....either way I like both bands...anyway onto important matters:
I think the song is about a person that is going through a change in his/her life that he doesn't want to take place. It could be about a breakup, and the guy/girl feels his partner isn't being upfront with him "all that youre keeping from me". The main idea I get from this song is "lay it out, get everything on the table" in a much less poetic way "shit or get off the pot". In the end he/she doesnt agree with the breakup "nothing's happened, and everythings changed" (there's no reason for it), that's the feeling I get. Hope it was helpful.
