I don't see any sarcasm. Leftöver Crack is stating that the religious people view atheist as immoral and demonic.
The straight edge part can be interpreted two ways.
-It could be about how religion somehow made it's way into the sXe philosophy. Lots of hardliners over the years have converted to Islam, Christianity and Hare Krishna.
-It could be the lost of faith. Most hardcore kids don't keep their edge and leave the scene in favor of alcohol and other sedatives. People lose faith in God and choose to live a less restrictive life.
