Me thinks.... Its about a guy, thats been rejected.
I wish that my heart was stronger. My heart is crawling in the mud, mud, mud. I've had this feeling before.
And "my piano is out of tune" sounds like a metaphor for his life at this moment. Its all wrong.
And the helicopter and ocean liner are ways that he can excape this pain...
