I think this song is about what addictions and substance abuse but i think that the part about the necktie is about kinda about suicide. Cause when your using drugs your are killing yourself. Mabey im wrong but i think thats right. Cause metaphorically which is how this song is written a necktie is a noose.(back when there was capital punishemrnt people called hangings necktie parties)
