i think this song doesnt mean hes a NASCAR fan, it sounds pretty mocking to me. i think he is just writing this song about a type of person, maybe with a rich dad whose got connections, someone who was raised to think there meant to be something and that no one can stop them. overly assertive people you know. i hate those types, i am really unassertive... pretty much.
