i like the slow version better. it has a few small lyrical differences; as well as enhancing the mournful tone.
i think it's saying that
there will always be evil; even when you think you got rid of it all-"hate will go on."
that evil may sometimes be a matter of perspective.
even wicked witches aren't as simple as black & white. :)
the slow version says "everything she is longing for/it truly should be hers". that's a BIG difference from this one. much stronger words & a more positive tone toward the wicked witch.
