I had bought this cd just a week or two before watching the Jennifer Lopez movie "Enough", which features this song. The movie was about an abused woman who breaks away to make a new startand becomes much stronger in the process So, for me that's the meaning this song has taken on. And it fits in the movie perfectly. Great song and great movie.
