This one is for Artie (I forget his last name) who screwed Billy out of a lot of money early in his career, among others. I think it's pretty sad to read the last verse and then realize that Billy was being duped yet again as he wrote and recorded this song. But at that, it's a great song about making peace with those who have screwed you in the past, and not losing faith. But if Billy's life has taught us anything, keep an eye over your shoulder.
