Jimmy sees "a man without a problem" and wonders how this can be possible in a world where entire nations are starving. He is starting to realise that he can't take on all the world's problems himself, and that the "man without a problem" actually has just as many problems as him. Personally, I think this song should have come after I've Had Enough on the album.

"I pick up phones and hear my history" - have you ever had someone in your life that would chant the litany of what you have done wrong when you talked to them? (particularly taking the next line - glad to not take the call) And counting those that love him (unconditionally?)

He, like so many, is without a problem. He has fame, fortune, and all that come with that. And yet, he is starving. Who are the real friends? Who loves him, truely? Are these empty words/empty responses/superficial people in his head or in his heart? Are they real or imagined?
