To me.. [this may sound lame]
but when he talks about the wolverine and the homecoming queen.. I put two and two together and I think of it as one person. You know that you have seen the popular girl at your school (homecoming queen) and you recognized how much of a snob and/or bitch she is (wolverine). Of course this does not refer to all homecoming queens, but im sure you know what I mean.
But when he says that she took the train, maybe it is meaning that she is trying to get away from all that. She is sick of all the attention and needs to leave. And it isn't her fault that she is feeling this, but in order to get used to it she must take it slow.
I may have no idea what im talking about.
