The athiests in this song, are pointing fun at Christians because they say they will never be pure and should just give up God. However, the Christians know that the walk with Jesus is neither a hard or easy one, but is one with many good times.
It is also faintly describing the devil:

We all fall from grace, so I doubt this song would write about something so common in Christianity.
