I personally enjoy new wave 80's, by the sound of this song, ABBA would have been a great success in this era... and for how happy a song it sounds, it has a few vaguely dark lyrics, not unlike a major metropolis. I agree with dkoontz, this is simply a big city given a voice of its own.
