This song is pretty self-explanatory. It says to live your life how you want to live it, instead of how the media, government, authority figures, etc. want you to live. It also stands as an anti-war song. This is one of my favorite songs by this band, along with We All Fall Down. More people need to listen to this band, but since The Explosion refuses to sell out, unfortunately few people will hear this powerful music. That's such a shame, since The Explosion's music is better than and more thought-provoking than nearly all of the music most people listen to today.
