A great song, to many fans this one should have been included on Stripped. I love it because she sounded so resentful and tired of love's clichés, she obviously was let down by someone and so she wanted to express it. She obviously has changed his view since she's happily married now, but this song and the 'Stripped' era in general is a great way to relate to the bitterness that love can bring sometimes.
I adore the line "I begin to comprehend how crazy this has been, and I can't depend on anyone for my happily ever after..". I wish I could believe that independence statement!.
