I'm Puerto Rican and black,and there are virtually no white people in my neighborhood (I live in Prince George's County, MD, next to DC) and the teen males and females (but especially females) tend to look much much older than they really are. I'm only 16, and I've gotten into clubs around here with no ID, said that I was as old as 22 and gotten away with it. Most black females that I know are 15, looking 20, and alot of males that I know assume that if you look or act a certain age, you are. The song is just warning people that, yeah, he or she might look older, and you might think you'll never get caught, but if you do, you will get jail time. My friend's ex-boyfriend is 26 and got arrested and kicked out of the Navy for having sex with her because she ended up being pregnant. He has 9 years in jail. City High just wants 2 warn others... always ask 4 ID
