Hey guys, I think you're all wrong. I think that's a song from the Falklands Islands Conflict (Islas Malvinas Argentinas).

"with all their kids committing suicide" ----> I think these "kids" are the Argentinian soldiers who were only kids of 18 years old when they went to this war between Argentina and England.
