i really think this song is beautiful, and completely the best portishead song...

I think this song is about two friends, who once tried to make something work, like more than a friendship, but it didnt work...so time passed, and now they think it may work now that maybe they a re stronger, or older.., "gotta try a little harder, it could be sweet"
