This is another way I saw the fourth stanza written. There seems to be a governmental theme in this song. "voice of anarchy" and that verse. I have interpreted this song as basically the desire for the people to rise above the power of government. The CD is called doomsday machine which a believe is government in general. The word nemesis is an oponent who cannot be beaten. This leads me to believe that the song calls for people to unite into an unbeatable group that will oppose the current governments.
