im not sure, but i think its abotu drug abuse, and how it made him feel, why he needed it. what the outcome of it was. i think he is talking about how he is never dependant on himself, but someone else, how he doens't undestand anything right now. and how he wont complain. or be stubborn. because he can see things in different perspectives. but he needs it to be more clear
