wow i love this song. its so sweet and sad. like everyone else has been saying its about a group of people that were friends with a girl, and they were really close then they all went there seperate ways and she started shooting up, maybe because they all left and she felt left behind or something, and now shes really messed up and they're all worried about her. (btw- when they sing "we're worried about you", wow, so sad and real)
