I love this! It really is great if you blast it out as loud as you can.
It's definately called Spiral Static, I have a newer version and it doesn't say Spiritual Static anywhere on the case or the booklet.
As far as the lyrics are concerned...a guy who neglects a girl emotionally perhaps?...sorta gives that impression.
